A visit to my childhood and Donate a Hood is a proposal for a community art project looking at how our patterns formed from early childhood influence our present behaviour

I'm looking at my clinical work in mental health and from this research developing a concept around Creativity and Liminal space that looks at negative patterns in order to seek positive change.

Donate a Hood is a pun for many layers of meaning around community support

Poetry in consideration how sculptural Hoods can be used as visual childhood metaphors for where the literature can take the reader, is in progress.

I'm tired of stitching

Over and over again

Please God give my child a new hood!

Can't you see she's outgrown her old hood

She stamps her feet and demands!!!
